the beginning

So today I started a diet with a group of friends. I have to admit it's hard to find a good diet to stick to, so I have just decided to eat relatively healthy and just manage my portions. I am also going to exercise in minimum of 2 hours a day 6 days a week. I started today with a bowl of bran buds, if you have never had those they work wonders for your digestive system. I then went to the gym, started with a light jog for 20 minutes than worked my shoulders, biceps and core. After doing weights I did another 20 minutes of elliptical and 30 minutes of  training doing speed intervals on the treadmill. I am feeling pretty drained but also feeling great. Something about pushing yourself physically (time out) makes you feel great after wards. I will continue eating healthy today and probably do the same routine tomorrow.
