Day 2 with pics



So day 2 has gone by pretty well. For Breakfast I had Bran Buds once again :) than hit the gym. Today was back and abs day. My body was still feeling pretty sore from the workout on Monday. Still I managed to really push myself with the weights. I also did my minimum of 40 minutes cardio than came home to have a protein shake. By this time my body was craving calories big time, but I have to control my hunger. for lunch i had a bowl of vegitables and some corned beef. I know that corned beef isn't the healthiest choice of meat (time out) but it was a small portion of it just to give the vegetables some flavor. I managed to stay away from snacking on bad things today by napping. I find when you sleep you don't crave food at all hahaha. So for dinner I went by my sisters where we barbecued some chicken breast and had some brocolli and sweet potatoes on the side. I think my daily count of calories is around 1800-2000 which is good considering the exercise I am doing. Now for some pictures for you all to laugh at. Here are the 4 of us guys taking up this challenge to transform our bodies (time out) into muscle machines (sorry for it being unorganized i'm still figuring out how to use this blog site)
