legs day 3 going into day 4

I don't know why but I wasn't able to post anything yesterday so I will fill you in quickly this morning. Yesterday was Legs day which for some people can = hell day but I don't mind it so much. Squats, leg press, lunges, calve raises, kick back and leg extensions. All those equals some sore legs. plus my daily cardio and healthy eating. It was a good day. I made some very lean meat sauce (time out) I had also pureed some broccoli, onions, red and green peppers and added it to some diced tomatoes and tomato sauce to give the meat sauce (time out) some flavor and extra nutrition. Now i'm off to the gym. It's arms, cardio and abs day :)
