Seeing Results

So I have only taken 2 days off of the gym since we started last week. I have to say that eating healthy and working out like an animal has been giving me some good results. I will share with you the numbers this coming Monday. So far this week I have worked my Shoulders, Back and Legs while doing cardio and abs every day. I'm hoping that all this hard work will pay off. Still a long way to go though :)
